Order Processing & Shipping
At Sacred Spirit Collection, every order is prepared with care and respect. Processing times may vary depending on the product ordered. Original artwork, handcrafted items, and made-to-order products may require additional preparation before shipping.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs & Delivery
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on the size, weight, value, destination, and shipping method selected for the order.
Where available, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. In cases where shipping cannot be automatically calculated, we will contact you with the shipping cost before your order is finalized.
If a shipment is sent Collect on Delivery (COD) or requires payment upon delivery, all shipping charges, COD fees, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, and any other applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Sacred Spirit Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have been lost during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order. Sacred Spirit Collection is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
