Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Sacred Spirit Collection, every piece is created or carefully selected with exceptional attention to quality, craftsmanship, and authenticity. Many of our products are original works of art, handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color or appearance differences caused by screen settings

  • Gift purchases

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier

  • Any reason unrelated to damage or an error on our part

 

Refunds or returns will only be considered if a product arrives significantly damaged during shipping, is defective, or if you receive the incorrect item. Any such request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and must include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label for review.

Approval of any return or refund is solely at the discretion of Sacred Spirit Collection.

Return Shipping & Refund Process

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including return shipping, insurance, tracking, customs charges, brokerage fees, and any other shipping-related expenses.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

​

If the original order was shipped Collect on Delivery (COD), any COD charges paid are also non-refundable.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging included. If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or is missing components, Sacred Spirit Collection reserves the right to deny the refund or issue only a partial refund where permitted by law.

Non-Returnable Items & Contact Information

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:

  • Original artwork

  • Limited edition artwork

  • Commissioned or custom artwork

  • Personalized products

  • Handcrafted beadwork

  • Traditional hide drums

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Any product marked as Final Sale

 

If you believe your order qualifies for review, please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
